About me at work

I have been an educator for 18 years. I am a Head of Curriculum at our school. I am passionate about valuing the educational success of EVERY student at our school. I work with in the Leadership team to support teachers and staff to provide the best learning experiences for each of our students. We are continuously improving our understanding of the Australian Curriculum, our knowledge of our students and the most effective ways to teach our students in a totally inclusive manner.

2019 is the beginning of a new chapter at our school. We have many goals. One of my main goals is to share 2019 with our parent community intentionally, making our curriculum and pedagogical journey visible and interactive. I look forward to meeting up with parents online and face-to-face.

About me at home

I enjoy discovering new wonders in our beautiful part of the world and also seeing new places. Coffee is my friend! My husband is my BEST friend. Family and friends are precious gifts. *Bonus* Our first grandchild arrives in January! Time is meant to be spent well. In 2019 I look forward to living life in balance: working and living in a healthy, joyful way.
